Alcohol TC is about alcohol, drugs, and the effects upon the families. Annie and Raymond both battled alcoholism. Annie got sober in 1984 for one year, then relapsed again. Her alcoholism advanced during the next three years until she called an Alcohol TC (treatment center) for help. Annie was the first client of this new TC.
Marsha worked for the TC and drove Annie. Marsha and Annie had a good chat during the drive and Marsha knew that a man named Harold needed to attend Annie’s family week too.
No sooner did Annie get home and got one year of sobriety, her daughter Sally was in trouble with drinking and drugging. Annie made the decision to place Sally into an Alcohol TC too. Sally rebelled but knew she needed help. She did not want to be like her father.
While Annie and Harold worked to turn their yard into a flower garden, they ran into Clinton at the plant store. Clinton and his wife Mary Ellen became friends with Annie and Harold because their daughter Melody was in the TC with Sally.
