From the Author: This book is a collection of humorous, nostalgic stories based on my experiences growing up in then-rural Pennsylvania when I was around 10 years old. Although technically classified as fiction — since short stories had to be — each narrative draws closely from real events and memories.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Bob is an old man now who grew up during the 1950s in then-rural Pennsylvania. Joined the Navy at 17 during the Vietnam Conflict, worked in the construction field for 30-odd years, and then started a woodworking business, sold it, and retired once again. After all that became an ER (president) at a local Elks Lodge and is now fully retired, just playing golf and reminiscing about those good old days gone by.
